ABN Assets was founded in 1994 by a banking family with branch offices and subsidiaries in all major financial centers around the world for them and provides advisory services on mergers and acquisitions, underwriting and insurance, asset management and brokerage. Its customers include the largest companies, individuals (small and high-net-worth individuals), states and countries in the world and has become since inception, a leading financial establishment providing high-quality international investment services.

ABN Assets, as it is known today, was founded in 1994 with the name Finance Securities as an investment company for asset management. The business was sold in 2004 and commuted to ABN Assets Limited.

HISTORY

The business was sold in 2004 and commuted to ABN Assets Limited. Funds under direction (FUD) reach £11.8 million in the first year with 601 clients and 44 registered advisers
ABN-Assets Connect Event takes place. At these events, the ABN team provide platform market updates and latest Transaction news to advisory professionals, clients and Investors who are already using our platform, or are keen to learn more about ABN. FUD reaches £86.1 million with over 3,000 clients and 186 advisers.
We hit the milestone of over £100 million in FUD with over 17,000 clients and 611 advisers.
FUD reaches £200 million with over 29,300 clients and over 700 advisers
AssetMap and MoneyMap features added to the platform.Funds under direction (FUD) pass £250 million with over 51,030 clients and over 2,800 advisers.
ABN Assets Limited is named “New Company of the Year” and Introduced new base currencies (with Bitcoin evolution).
White labelling feature for advisers introduced and is free of charge Receives Fastest Growing Broker platform Award.
ABN-Assets Limited launches ‘Investor Authorization’, a new feature to the platform market, enabling advisers to communicate securely with clients via the platform to tee-up and recommend trades and seek a client’s permission to execute the trade in one easy step.
Introduction of cryptocurrency. Cryptocurrency introduced as the major traded commodity of of ABN-Assets. The majority of staff have become shareholders through share incentive plans. Profit of £32.9 million achieved (after tax).
